Finalizing the “Hviezdne Bývanie” in Hviezdoslavov

The facelifted project Hviezdne Bývanie, build by our development team Belevis, represents the completion of the original development project “Hviezdne Bývanie” in Hviezdoslavov.

The project went through a complete modernization and it currently includes 8 residential low-floor houses with affordable two and three-room apartments. The whole project is planned to be completed with the construction of the civic amenities center which will include a park and a square (with another 30 apartments and 500 m² of commercial space). The square will be available for everyone in Hviezdoslavov as a central square.

The low-floor houses with a new design will be an ideal solution as a starter apartment for young families with children, but also a safe space for seniors and people tired of living in a city. We designed a ceiling cooling for these houses.

The new Hviezdne Bývanie is situated in a very attractive location, which includes great accessibility to Bratislava and surrounding nature.
