Apartment building Jelenecká passes its final inspection with approval status.

The construction of Jelenecká apartment building began in September 2019. We received the final approval in January 2022. The project is a combination of modern and stylish living with particularly attractive location in Zobor, which offers excellent accessibility to the center of Nitra.

Jelenecká is a unique residential project that offers 46 apartments in four above-ground story and 7 exclusive maisonettes in the two highest above-ground stories, from one to five-room maisonette type apartments.
