A square – community park will be a part of this project.

The apartment building will contain 30 apartments divided into 4 separate entrances. The apartment building will also offer non-residential areas that will be used for civic amenities. This will contribute positively to the rapidly developing district thanks to the newly opened R7, accessible 20 minutes from Bratislava.

The project construction will be completed by building this park. The square will contain sufficient amount of greenery, places for relaxation and interesting water elements. All of this will create a perfect place for residents to meet.
