ABOUT PROJECT
This zone will be complemented by a multifunctional building with local civil amenities and leisure park.
The purpose of this area is designed to be for individual living in two apartment houses and family houses, which will be organized in various spatial configurations.
A characteristic element of this zone are common public areas, part of which are roads, paved surfaces, shared areas for relaxation and areas intended for plantation. We invited four renowned architectural studios to the project – Gut Gut, LABAK, Van Jarina, JRKVC – to achieve both variety and harmony.
