Results of the architecture design competition “Štúrova”

As a result of a competition for the most original design of impeccable office building, we obtained an authentic and sovereign project, for which we particularly appreciate the great architectural and urbanized outcome. The competition was won by Bratislava studio Sadovsky & Architects.

The location of the upcoming building on the corner of Štúrova and Štefánikova street is especially prestigious position in the center of Nitra. This project is particularly complicated due to its blocking and limiting conditions for the outlines of parcel ownership, conditions set by memorial claim, as well as conditions of the pedestrian, bicycle route and the important public transport spot.

The competition proved that the complicated blocking conditions do not prevent the presence of architectural quality.
